The Robeez brand is your assurance of quality craftsmanship. You may return your Robeez purchase within 45 days from day of purchase to our Head Office in the Netherlands.
Please print off the Robeez Return Form and follow the simple instructions. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please contact us prior to returning your item(s) by email or by calling us Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM CET at 00800 15718100 (toll free from the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland and Spain) or +31 72 5718100.

Exchanges
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. We suggest you follow the return procedures to return Robeez merchandise and simultaneously place a new order for the replacement merchandise through Robeez.com. Please be assured, we will process your return immediately upon receipt, crediting your account as necessary. |

The Robeez brand is your assurance of quality craftsmanship. If the product you received appears to be faulty or is incorrect, you may return it, robeez.com will gladly reimburse you for your reasonable return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your returned merchandise. In addition, credit for the cost of the returned merchandise and original shipping charges will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). You may then place a new order to replace the item. To return the item(s), please print out and complete the Robeez Return Form.
