Please note:
- Shipping charges to Canada & USA are flat rate per order, not per item.
- Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
- Deliveries are made on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding published holidays with some Saturday deliveries for residential addresses in the USA.
- When shipping to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed for each address.
- If there is no secure place for package delivery, you can choose to have your package delivered to your place of business.

Customs and Duties
There are no customs or duty charges applied to orders shipped to Canada or the United States.
Orders shipping to other international destinations may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Robeez Footwear Ltd. is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties or taxes and they are the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot predict what the charges will be as they vary from country to country. For more information on your country’s customs policies on the import of leather goods, please contact your local customs office.
Refused Packages
Packages that are refused will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account originally used for the purchase, less shipping costs. We are unable to refund shipping costs on refused deliveries.
