ELIGIBILITY:
1) The Robeez photo gallery contest, is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (the "Eligibility Area") who are of the age of majority in the state or province in which they reside at time of entry. The Contest is not open to employees of Robeez Footwear Ltd. (Robeez) nor its affiliated companies, their fulfillment, advertising and promotion agencies, or their other representatives or agents, or members of the respective immediate families of those employees, or anyone with whom any of those employees are domiciled.

HOW TO ENTER:
2) This contest begins on the 1st day of each month, 01:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) ("Start Date") and ends on the next month’s first day at 01:00 a.m. PDT ("End Date") (the "Promotion Period").

3) To enter this Contest, submit a picture of a child wearing Robeez shoes. Pictures of nudity will not be accepted. Fill out all required fields denoted on the entry form and click "Submit," at any time during the Promotion Period.

PRIZES:
4) There will be one (1) Prize granted to one (1) winner consisting of the winner’s choice of one pair of Robeez footwear. In the event that the winner’s choice of design(s) is unavailable, the winner may select an alternate design from available designs in the Robeez current catalogue. Actual retail value of the prizes is from US$26.

5) The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not redeemable to cash.

CONTEST VOTE:
6) Potential winners will be selected within ten (10) days after the End Date by the Robeez Photo Gallery Jury from among eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The jury will select the pictures that they judge most representative of the contest theme.

7) Following the selection, the selected entrants will be contacted by telephone and/or email at the telephone number and/or email address stipulated in the entrant's Contest entry form submission.

8) In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
a) respond to the prize notification within five (5) days of transmission by Robeez; and
b) if the selected entrant is Canadian, correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question; and
c) sign a declaration stating that he/she:
i) has read, understands and complies with the Contest Rules;
ii) releases and discharges Robeez, the contest organizers and their respective affiliates;
iii) consents to the announcement of the winner's name and the use by or on behalf of Robeez of the winner's name, address, photograph, likeness, voice or statements for advertising and promotional purposes without any further compensation to the winner.

Should the selected entrant not comply with the above conditions within the allotted time frame, the original winning entrant will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be chosen.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

9) Entrant must have the legal right to submit the child’s photo.

10) By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Robeez, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Neither Robeez, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, nor any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected or illegible entries.

GENERAL:
11) This Contest is subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws. Robeez reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. If, in Robeez sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this contest, any violation of these Official Rules, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest, Robeez reserves the right to terminate the contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by Robeez or its agents.

WINNERS LIST and Official Rules:
The winner will be posted on our website on the photo gallery page online 2 to 4 weeks after the closing of the contest. The announcement will be accessible at /photogallery.aspx.
