Delivery Options and Time

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. If the package is returned back to us, the order will be refunded once the package is received, and you will need to place a new order. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • In-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days, irrespective of the shipping service chosen.
  • When shipping to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed for each address.
  • Please expect delays during State and Federal Holidays.
  • FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight delivers your package by a FedEx Employee and has full tracking visibility

* Washing & Care *

Careful care and delicate washing will maximize the lifespan of your Robeez products. Robeez Soft Soles are best suited for indoor use and light outdoor activity.
We recommend spot cleaning your Robeez footwear with a mild detergent and a damp cloth.

  • Do not machine wash
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron
  • Reshape by inserting a soup spoon into the front of the shoe
  • Air dry
  • Paper can be stuffed inside the shoe to keep the shape
  • After air drying, if footwear feels stiff, you may put it in the dryer separately, with no heat, on the delicate cycle.

For the soles, check suede regularly for worn down areas.  Rub the sole with light sandpaper or a wire brush to regain suede texture 

For Robeez Hosiery, we recommend washing in warm water (do not use bleach) and drying on a low heat setting. Do not iron.

* Returns *

You may return your Robeez purchase within 30 days* of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. The product must be in its original, unused condition. Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

*Black Friday sale and holiday returns (orders from BFCM sale to Christmas) are extended till January 15th.

Please arrange your own return and contact us for the necessary documents to be included in the return package. Returns without these documents won't be processed, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

To make a return, please include the packing slip and a Return Authorization (RMA) form, which we will provide. Please email us at CustomerFirst@robeez.com to start a return process. Please note that we cannot process refunds and are not liable for the returns if the return packages are without necessary documents provided by us.

If you received the items you want to return as a gift or if you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please contact us at CustomerFirst@robeez.com. Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Eastern).

Please note, we can only refund items originally purchased directly from our website.  Robeez cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites or where the Robeez label has been altered.  For your assurance of product quality and authenticity, look for the Robeez brand on the label affixed below the ankle band of the right shoe.

* Exchanges *

At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. We suggest you follow the return procedures to return Robeez merchandise and simultaneously place a new order for replacement merchandise through Robeez.com. We will process your return upon receipt and credit your account as necessary.

* Editing or Cancelling Orders *

Unfortunately, we cannot edit the order once it is placed. We suggest you submit a request to cancel the order and re-order it again. We will make our best effort to cancel but it is not guaranteed.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders can only be canceled by contacting Customer Service at Customerfirst@Robeez.com. Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Eastern). The longer you wait to cancel, the greater the chance the order has passed through our system to the warehouse for shipment. You will then have to return the merchandise for a refund.

Robeez sometimes promotes coupon offers and discounts to customers. These promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases and are valid only for the designated length of the promotion.
