Washing & Care

Careful care and delicate washing will maximize the lifespan of your Robeez products. Robeez Soft Soles and Mini Shoez are best suited for indoor use and light outdoor activity.
We recommend spot cleaning your Robeez footwear with a mild detergent and a damp cloth.

  • Do not machine wash
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron
  • Reshape by inserting a soup spoon into the front of the shoe
  • Air dry
  • Paper can be stuffed inside the shoe to keep the shape
  • After air drying, if footwear feels stiff, you may put it in the dryer separately, with no heat, on the delicate cycle.

For the soles, check suede regularly for worn down areas.  Rub the sole with light sandpaper or a wire brush to regain suede texture 

For Robeez Hosiery, we recommend washing in warm water (do not use bleach) and drying on a low heat setting. Do not iron.


 

Returns

You may return your Robeez purchase within 30 days from day of purchase. We accept returns of products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price.  Please note, any shipping charges will not be refunded.  Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.  We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.  Returns, including the packing slip, should be mailed to:

Please note, we can only refund items originally purchased directly from our website.  Robeez cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites or where the Robeez label has been altered.  For your assurance of product quality and authenticity, look for the Robeez brand on the label affixed below the ankle band of the right shoe.

Exchange Form

Please complete the Exchange Form included in the link above.  Simply fill out the information on the attached form including the desired style for an exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Once you have completed this form, please pack it in with your unworn and undamaged Robeez product and return to the address below.

Robeez can not ship your exchanged item until receipt of the original item.  Once we receive your exchange, we will ship your new item. You will be charged for freight and handling only. For your convenience, the return procedures and address are also printed on your packing list for quick reference.

Promotions

Robeez sometimes promotes coupon offers and discounts to customers. These promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases and are valid only for the designated length of the promotion.

Cancelling Orders

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders can only be canceled by contacting Customer Service at Customerfirst@Robeez.com or calling 1-855-697-6233 Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Eastern). The longer you wait to cancel, the greater the chance the order has passed through our system to the warehouse for shipment. You will then have to return the merchandise for a refund.

Send your Robeez gift in a beautiful Premium Gift Box for only $4.95 per an item. During the checkout process, you can select the Gift Box option.
